What’s the BEST workout program?
CrossFit! No… wait… High-Intensity Interval Training! No… Strength and Conditioning… Or maybe Yoga. Running. Swimming (no impact!). Tai Chi? Or maybe Jiu-Jitsu? Or walking?
Wrong. Or maybe it would be better to say: not exactly right.
The best workout program, hands down, without compare or question, the one that beats all others according to every study, every competition, and all the data, both scientific and anecdotal… the best workout program is…
The one you’ll actually do.
Don’t overthink it.
Any physical activity is better than none. Don’t worry too much about the difference between programming styles or energy systems or equipment.
Whatever Google says is the best program may or may not be the best program for YOU, which is the only question that really matters.
The best program for YOU is the one that you’ll do not for 30 days, or 3 months, or even a year, but for the rest of your life (and fyi: that program might change over the years. That’s ok).
