Ingredients
- 1.5 cups steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 4.5 Cup almond milk
- 2 tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tbs. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1.5 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
- Rinse quinoa
- Combine all ingredients into the crockpot and stir
- Turn heat to low
- Cook for six hours (if it cooks longer it will get mushy)
- Optional: When ready to serve top with milk, berries, & nuts!
