
How Do I Start at UPCF?
Getting started at Underwood Park CrossFit is easy!
Step 1
Schedule what we call a “No Sweat Intro.” You can do that HERE. This is a 20-30 minute conversation with no testing, no working out, no movement screens. It’s a time for us to get into the particulars of your goals and then come up with a plan for how you can reach them (even if it’s not with us).
Step 2
Show up for your No Sweat Intro (we’ll send you reminder texts and e-mails) and have that conversation.
Step 3
Start your plan! We’ll schedule you for your first training sessions and get you going as soon as possible. We’ll tell you what to do and how to do it every step of the way. All you have to do is show up.
Step 4
Evaluate, adjust, re-evaluate, adjust, re-evaluate, adjust… We’ll check in with you on a regular basis (every week or two to start, and then every month or two ongoing) about how you feel your plan is working. If it’s working well, we’ll keep going with it. If it’s not, we’ll tweak things until it’s working the way you want it to.
