Move
Take one walk after dinner this week. No destination, no pace goal—just a few extra minutes outside while the weather is inviting. Post-meal walking improves glucose regulation and supports cardiovascular health.

Eat
Add one seasonal fruit this week (berries, melon, cherries—whatever looks good). Let the season make healthy easier. Higher fruit intake is associated with reduced chronic disease risk and improved metabolic health.

Sleep
Keep your bedroom cool as much as possible, even if the evenings are getting warmer. Your sleep likes consistency too. Cooler sleep environments improve sleep efficiency and quality.

Manage
Take one minute before a busy day begins to ask: “What would make today feel successful?” Intentional goal-setting improves focus and lowers perceived stress.
