Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- 2 large cucumbers chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- .5 cup red onion chopped
- .25 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 15 chopped black or Kalamata olives
- 2 T olive oil
- .5 teaspoon pepper
- .5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Let marinate for a few hours in the fridge before eating
