Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 1 tbsp low-sugar granola
Instructions
- Peel the banana and cut it in half
- Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese on top of the banana
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of berries on the cottage cheese covered banana
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter of choice
- Crumble 1 tbsp of granola on to and enjoy!
