Breakfast Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp low-sugar granola

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut it in half
  2. Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese on top of the banana
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of berries on the cottage cheese covered banana
  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp of nut or seed butter of choice
  5. Crumble 1 tbsp of granola on to and enjoy!
