Do 3 sets of 12 calf raises while brushing your teeth. They improve lower leg strength and balance, making them beneficial for overall mobility. Plus, tying them to something you’re already doing makes theme easy to get in.
Eat
Add a piece of fruit to your breakfast. Fruit and vegetable intake improve nutrient intake and support overall health through fiber and micronutrients. Veggies are great, but if fruit is easier to get in, don’t stress. Start with fruit.
