Move
Go for a 10-Minute Walk in the Morning. A study in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise highlights that walking in the morning boosts energy and improves mood throughout the day.

Eat:

Sleep
Avoid Heavy Meals 2 Hours Before Bed. While this is not true for everyone, a study in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology found that late-night eating can disrupt digestion and negatively impact sleep quality. Read more HERE.

Manage
Spend 5 Minutes Watching Something Funny (even better if you watch it with another person). Laughter reduces stress and enhances mood by lowering cortisol levels. And while it’s hard to spontaneously laugh for real, finding funny things has to be one of the best gifts that YouTube offers.
