Move
Try a simple yoga pose like Child’s Pose for 2 minutes. Flexibility is very seldom the thing people come to us to improve, but it’s super important, especially as you age. Working a little stretching in throughout the day goes a long way.
Eat
Pack your lunch one day this week instead of eating out. Nearly any home-prepared, from-scratch meal that you make will be lower calorie and more nutrient-dense than a comparable restaurant meal.
Sleep
Wind down with a book instead of a screen. I won’t belabor the point, but screens before bed have a high probability of disrupting your sleep patterns. Books? Not so much.
Manage
Write down one thing that went well today. Daily reflection on positive events improves emotional well-being. You find what you look for and the more you can look for things that went well, the more your mindset will shift.
