Bare Minimum Mondays – 05/12/2025

Move
Take a walking meeting instead of sitting. Research suggests that not only do walking meetings increase physical activity, but they also increase productivity.

Eat
Use a smaller plate at dinner. Smaller plates are an incredibly easy way to reduce food intake, and therefore overall calorie consumption.

Sleep
Avoid heavy meals within 2 hours of bedtime. This is another one that seems to be person-specific. Late eating is often correlated with sleep interruptions, though for some it seems to have less of an effect. Try it once this week and see what happens.

Manage
Use a to-do list to clear your head. Writing tasks down has the potential to reduce anxiety and improve task management.
