Move
Do 3 Rounds of 10 Jump Squats. Plyometric exercises like jump squats improve strength and cardiovascular fitness, but also improve explosive power and coordination: very useful skills for things like heaving toddlers to your shoulders, doing yardwork, or carrying extra groceries.

Eat
Balanced snacks – meaning snacks that include protein, fat, and carbohydrates, rather than being dominated by a single macronutrient like carbohydrates – can help sustain energy and focus throughout the day.

Sleep
Spend 10 Minutes Unwinding with a Book Before Bed. Reading reduces stress and helps prepare the mind for sleep. Read more HERE.
