Move
Do 10 squats before brushing your teeth. There’s nothing magical about doing it before brushing your teeth. But tying movement habits to an already existing habit is a powerful way to do what’s called “habit stacking,” which is a great way to build a new habit that you don’t already have.
Eat
Swap out one chip or cracker based snack with mixed nuts. Is it the same? No. But it’s salty and crunchy and the idea here is to make at least one choice over the course of the week that’s better, not to make the “optimal” choice.
Sleep
Dim your lights an hour before bedtime. A study in The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism found that reducing light exposure in the evening supports melatonin production and sleep quality. Read more HERE.
Manage
