Almond Joy Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 scoops Bubs Collagen Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Roll into 12 evenly sized small balls.
  3. Place into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
